Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Company was awarded a contract by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to develop the ministry’s social support and subsidies programs platform.

The company received the official award notification on 19 July 2026, following the initial project award on 16 July 2026.

According to the regulatory filing, the total value of the project exceeds 5% of the company's total annual revenues for 2025.

The scope of the agreement focuses on the technical development and enhancement of the digital infrastructure used by the ministry to manage and distribute social welfare and financial assistance.

The company confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction. This contract aligns with the ministry's ongoing efforts to modernize social subsidy delivery systems through advanced information technology solutions.

Saudi Azm did not disclose the specific monetary value of the contract beyond the revenue percentage threshold.

The company elected a new Board of Directors for a four-year term and ratified amendments to the internal bylaws and competition standards.
